  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • Products must be returned with the original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accessories that came with it.

  • Please provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
